LE GIA Marinade & Sauce for Meat is made from quality natural spices: special fish sauce, apricot sugar, coconut milk, black pepper, galangal, onion, pineapple, without using additives, preservatives, artificial flavoring & coloring. A convenient cooking sauce for braising or stewing meat.

• Use as marinade or cooking sauce.
• 1 jar is good for 2kg of meat.
• Ready to use. It requires no additional herbs or spices.
• Protein content >= 10%; Energy: 221 Kcal; Carbohydrates: 41.4 % ; Protein: 12.98%; Lipid 0.4%.
• No artificial coloring, flavouring or preservatives
• Ingredients: Fish sauce (75%), apricot sugar (20%), coconut water, onions, vegetable oil (5%).
• Storage: Cool place. Refrigerate once opened and use up within 1 month

How to use:
• Marinate meat with cooking sauce for at least 15 minutes.
• Heat the mixture on low heat, stirring the meat occasionally
• Add 150ml water, bring to boil, cover and simmer till water thicken.
• Add onion and chilli to taste.
