CONDITION FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGE PRODUCTS

Hugimall mission is to provide excellent quality product. However, returns/exchange product will only be made if all the conditions of the returned products are duly met, as follow condition:

  1. The product defect was due to manufacturing defect.
  2. Product is still in an original packaging.
  3. Product is still in brand new condition. Such as, the product was not being used, washed, damaged, unsealed, untagged, consumed. 
  4. Sale & promotion items are strictly non-returnable/ non-exchangeable.

 

HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE PRODUCT

Please, contact our customer service officer at contact@hugimall.com so that we can obtain all the necessary information from you. 

Our customer service officer will proceed to arrange for pickup of the returned items should all the conditions of the returned product(s) are met.  

Please note that the pickup service will incur an S$6 courier fee for the delivery of the returned product(s).

 

Hugimall reserves the rights to withhold any refunds if your returned product(s) have not reached our warehouse.

 

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY REFUND

Please allow up to five (5) business days for Hugimall to refund to you after we receive of the returned package as per above-mentioned return & exchange conditions and all the required information.

 

  1. For credit card payment, credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank.
  2. For cash payment, you will need to provide us with the following bank details:

Branch Code:

Email Address: 

Refunds can only be remitted to a local bank account where the bank account holder name is the same as the billing contact filled in when placing the order.
